1. First enquiry

Send us a message and tell us about your home and lifestyle. We will answer questions and explain what is available.

If you decide to move forward, we confirm the details. A deposit may be required to hold a puppy and everything is explained clearly before payment.

Visits are welcomed at the appropriate stage so you can meet the puppies and see how they are raised.

Puppies receive the appropriate checks before leaving and we provide written guidance for settling in.

We confirm arrangements and talk through feeding, routine, and what to expect in the first week.

We remain available for advice after your puppy goes home and are always happy to help.
